William “Andy” Anthony Stowe, 57, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, May 27, 2025, at the Memorial Campus of Mission Hospital.
A native of Buncombe County, he was the son of Emily Jean Watts Warren and the late Raymond Harold Stowe. He was also preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, William Alonzo Watts Sr. and Emily Rogers Watts; paternal grandparents, Harold Raymond Stowe and Lethia Stowe; niece, Tiffany Marshburn; and beloved dogs, Milo and Samantha.
Andy graduated from Erwin High School and was the owner and operator of Milo Construction for many years.
Those left to cherish his memory are his mother, Emily Jean Watts Warren and husband Dean; siblings: Larry Stowe and wife Cassie, Lee Stowe and wife Stefany, Regina Kissinger and husband Karl; nieces and nephews: Alyssa Marshburn, Ashelyn Stowe, Macyn Stowe, Megyn Stowe, George Stowe, Charlie Stowe, Candice Stowe, Vanessa Stowe, Joel Kissinger, Rachel Kissinger, and Lydia Kissinger; partner, Penny Lombardo; along with many extended family and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 2 PM on Sunday, June 1, 2025, in the Chapel of Anders-Rice Funeral Home with his siblings, Larry, Lee, Regina, Karl, and nephew, Joel officiating. Burial will follow at Green Hills Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 1 till 2 PM on Sunday at the funeral home.
