Nicole Sabrina Brown Boyd

Nicole Sabrina Brown Boyd, born on January 12, 1980, in Sigmaringen, Germany, passed away unexpectedly on August 21, 2025, in Asheville, North Carolina. She was a wife, mother, sister, daughter and friend whose impact on those around her will be profoundly missed.

Nicole dedicated her life as a homemaker and devoted mother. Her nurturing spirit extended beyond her own biological family, as she served as a foster mother for many years and embraced five children through adoption. Nicole's greatest joy was found in caring for her family, and her love for her children was evident in everything she did.

A proud graduate of Heidelberg High School, class of 1999, Nicole met her husband and high school sweetheart, Chris Boyd, during her formative years. Together, they celebrated 25 wonderful years of marriage, creating a legacy of love and devotion that will continue to resonate among their family and friends.

Nicole actively participated in her community as a member of Illumine Lutheran Church, where her faith played a crucial role in her life. She loved engaging in various hobbies, including crafting, reading, and gardening whenever time allowed. However, her true passion was taking care of her babies, providing a nurturing environment filled with love, laughter, and support.

Nicole is preceded in death by her mother, Astrid Ingrid Gunther Brown.

Nicole is survived by her beloved husband, Chris Boyd; her children: Zachary Brown and his wife Haley, Lauren Boyd and her husband Bender, Anthony Boyd, Amy Boyd, Ray Boyd, Dexter Boyd, and Leilani Boyd; her grandchildren: Ethan Brown, and Sheppard Brown; her father, Steven James Brown; her sister, Loretta Wieser and her husband Gyula; and her father and mother-in-law, Patrick and Judith Boyd. Additionally, she is survived by her brothers-in-law: Brian Boyd and his wife Erin, and Joshua Boyd and his fiancée Amanda, along with many extended family and friends who loved her dearly.

Nicole's life will be celebrated on Saturday, August 30, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Chris and Nicole's home located at 1925 Allison Circle, Rock Hill, SC 29732.

Nicole Sabrina Brown Boyd will be remembered not only for her loving presence but also for her indomitable spirit, which touched the lives of many around her. Her memories will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
