Mary Milner King

Mary Milner King, 75, of 63 Sun Valley Drive, passed away Saturday, June 28, 2014 at the St. Joseph Campus of Mission Hospitals. A native of Bryson City, Mrs. King for 10 years, while living in Titusville, Florida, was a Judicial Assistant for the County of Brevard. She was a member of Park Avenue Baptist Church in Titusville, FL. Mrs. King was the daughter of the late Boone Milner and Mildred Nichols Case. She was also preceded in death by Simie Whitaker with whom was a mother to her. Surviving are her husband of 54 years, Jerry Randall King of the home; sons, Barry Randall King and wife, Laura of Huntsville, AL and Jerry Ryan King of Atlanta, GA; grandsons, Tyler, Ethan and Caleb all of Huntsville, AL; brother, Gerald Max Milner of Moorehead City; sister-in-law, Sandra Elaine Moser of Little River, SC and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, July 2, 2014 in the chapel of Anders-Rice Funeral Home, with the Rev. Dr. Ralph Sexton, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 12:30 PM till 1:45 PM, Wednesday, at the funeral home.
