Juanita Beatrice Smith

Juanita Beatrice Smith, 88, of Arden, went to be with her Lord on Tuesday, April 15, 2014 at Park Ridge Hospital. A native of Buncombe County, she was the daughter of the late Oscer Andrew and Jessie Mae Green Clark. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, King C. Smith. Surviving are her children: Patsy Lyda of Arden, Dale Smith of Arden, and Joyce Burch of Union Mills; sister, Pauline McCarson of Emma; eight grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren; and by many nieces and nephews. No services are planned at this time. Anders-Rice Funeral Home is assisting the family.
