Wanda Graham Poplin

Wanda Graham Poplin, 74, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, February 1, 2014 at her residence. Born on December 4, 1939 in Atlanta, GA, she was the daughter of the late Pat Graham and Ruby Leola Farmer Graham. She was the wife of the late William Roscoe Poplin, Jr. Mrs. Poplin was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in West Asheville. Surviving are her daughters, Molena Poplin of Candler and Carla Poplin of Charlotte; grandchildren, Nathan Messer, Tia Messer and Logan Rampey and great grandchildren, McKayla, Isaiah, Arron, Addison and Ahlena. Funeral services will be held at 12:30 PM Friday, February 7, 2014 in the chapel of Anders-Rice Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Western Carolina State Veterans Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11:30 to 12:30 PM Friday at the funeral home.
