Trudy Waycaster

Asheville Trudy Wells Waycaster, 70, passed away on Tuesday, April 19, 2016 at the John F. Keever, Jr. Solace Center. A native and lifelong resident of Buncombe County, she retired in 1996 from BellSouth with over 32 years of service. Mrs. Waycaster was the daughter of the late Royal Lee Wells and Nell West Wells. She was also preceded in death by her brothers, Jim Wells and Steve Wells. Surviving are her daughters, Christy Waycaster Keever and Allison Waycaster Gosnell (Anthony) all of Asheville; her beloved grandson, Dylan Gosnell of Asheville; brother, Jack Wells (Trudy) of Kennesaw, GA; sister-in-law, Dorothy Wells of Monroe and several nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be held at 4:30 PM Saturday, April 23, 2016 in the chapel of Anders-Rice Funeral Home with Jamey Freeman (niece) and Brian Williams, Chaplain-CarePartners Hospice officiating.
