Muriel Lee Nelson

Asheville - Muriel Lee Nelson, 63, of 18 Ascension Court, Apt E, died Thursday March 11, 2004 at his home. A native of Andersonville, Tn., he had lived in Asheville since 1965. He was a son of the late Louie and Ruby Ethel Fritts Nelson. Surviving are his wife, Margaret Elizabeth Fordham Nelson of the home; sons, Todd Anthony Nelson and Fiancee Rachel Kozik of Candler and Kenyon Brent Nelson and wife Trish of Candler; daughter, Cynthia Lee Srijayanta and husband Michael of Asheville; brothers, Paul Nelson of Andersonville, Tn., Carl Nelson of Maitland, Fl., Frank Nelson of Chicago, IL. and Kenneth Nelson of Detroit, Mi. and grandchildren, Andrew Gavin Nelson and Collin Lee Srijayanta. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Sunday at Anders-Rice Funeral Home with the Rev. Butch Stillwell officiating. Burial will be in Green Hills Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1 to 2:00 P.M. Sunday at the funeral home.
