Mary Katherine Bradley

Fairview - Mary Katherine Latta Bradley, 68, passed away at her home on May 17, 2008. A native of Granville County, she had resided in Buncombe County since 1963. She attended East Carolina University and graduated from Mars Hill College. She was a retired school teacher having taught at Venable Elementary School and Fairview Elementary School. She had been active in many civic and community organizations. She was a member of Asheville First Baptist Church. She was a daughter of the late Haywood Dale and Katherine Virginia Brooks Latta and the wife of the late Rev. Ronald Everett Bradley. Surviving are her son Ronald Ron E. Bradley II and his wife Teresa of Clyde; grandchildren, Adam, Alex and Aaron Bradley; sister, Linda Reaves of Stem and several relatives still residing in and around Granville, Co. Memorial services will be held at 4:00 P.M. Friday at Anders-Rice Funeral Home. The family will receive friends immediately after the service at the funeral home.
