David Daniel King

Johnson City, TN - David Daniel King, 43, of Johnson City formerly of Asheville, died Sunday, February 15, 2004 at his residence. A native of Asheville he had resided in Johnson City for the past 3 years and was employed as an electrician. He was a son of the late Harold Lee King and Eunice Wyatt King and was also preceded in death by his sisters, Sarah Plemmons and Ruby Gentry and brother, Boyce King. Surviving are his sisters, Barbara DeAngelis of Miami, Florida, Faye Mathews of Candler and Mary Sawyer and Ann Wyatt both of Asheville; brother, James King of Johnson City and several nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday in the Chapel of Anders-Rice Funeral Home with Pastor Chuck Waldrop officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the memorial services at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the family to assist with funeral expenses.
