Bruce Allen Sprouse

Alexander - Bruce Allen Sprouse, 61, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, July 31, 2007. He was a beloved husband, father, brother and friend. He was a native of Buncombe County and had retired from Silverline Plastics after 25 years of service. He was the son of the late Lewis and Margaret Spivey Sprouse. He is survived by his wife, Cathy Sprouse; daughter, Debbie and husband James Owenby, daughter Malina Sprouse and Trip Blanton and daughter April Wilson; granddaughters, Allie and Candace; great grandson, Kyler; brother, Harold Sprouse and his wife Gloria; sister, Joyce Riebell and her husband Bill and sister, Serena Sprouse, all of Asheville and lots of nieces and nephews and cousins. A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday at Anders-Rice Funeral Home with Joann Coates officiating. The burial service will be held at Green Hills Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9:00 P.M. Thursday at the funeral home.
