Arden - Ann Coward Henderson, a very unique lady enjoyed life to the fullest until the day she died, February 3, 2013. She took much pleasure in traveling, especially going on cruises, dancing, and taking care of her horse Dreamer and her beloved Yorkie Bella. She brought much joy to her mother, Bonnie Rhinehart Coward and was her deceased father, Arthur Coward's best fishing buddy. Her sisters, Glenda Coward Davis (husband Raymond Davis) of Asheville, and Evelyn Coward Riddle (husband Mack Riddle) of Fayetteville, NC, were very close to their sister. Both of them will remember her tender heart, generous spirit, and sense of adventure. Ann had three children who preceded her in death, but she has many nieces and nephews that she treated as her own children. Anyone who knew Ann would agree that she never met a stranger and never lost an argument. Ann was always full of surprises, and even added to the beauty of Myrtle Beach during the '70's by streaking on the beach! The world will be missing a very special person now that Ann is gone. A life celebration will be held Friday, February 8th at 3pm at Anders Rice Funeral Home on Patton Avenue, and the family will receive friends one hour before the celebration begins. Flowers are fine, or if you'd like to honor her in another way, please feel free to make a contribution to your favorite charity in her name.
