I was saddened to hear of the passing of Mrs Banks. My thoughts and prayers are with the family. It seems like yesterday growing up in Woodfin that Decatur and Maxine Banks name would come up in conversations. They were both highly regarded through out the community. So many fond memories of those times. Our loved ones live on through each and everyone of us through our thoughts and memories and especially the actions that we take in daily life.

God promises us in Matthew 5:4 - Blessed are they that mourn for they shall be comforted. My prayers are that God will continue to bless this wonderful family that are mourning the passing of a loving mother, grandmother and dear friend.

May God continue to bless and comfort you in the days, weeks, months and years to come.

Reagan, I am so sorry for your loss, I remember your mom and dad so well from high school, in the hallways, always not too far out of sight. Prayers for you in the coming weeks! I won't be able to attend the services due to my work schedule but I will be thinking of you.
