Becky, I was sorry to hear that your sweet Mom passed away. You look so much like her in this beautiful photo! My Mom, who still lives in Woodside Hills at age 88, has always thought the world of Nanette. She was a good neighbor and friend to all. Your Mother lived a wonderful life, and for that you are truly blessed!

Mrs. Caldwell always brought smiles and laughter to our branch library. Our days were always filled with love and friendship whenever she visited. We will sorely miss her.

I was blessed to have met Nanette almost 30 years ago,as I worked with her husband in construction. It began a long-time friendship that was filled with such gracious and beautiful memories. She was a sparkling ball of fire, with such a zest for life, that held true until the end. She always made me feel so welcome in her home and never failed to offer a meal before I left. It would take a thousand stars to light up my life the way Nanette did in one visit. She was an awesome lady. John, Becky, and Family, Thanks for sharing your Mom with me. I loved her dearly and she will be greatly missed. May God Bless and Give you Comfort that only He can.

Becky, John and Family, I was honored to represent Oak Forest Presbyterian Church to Nanette during the last two years of her life. She truly made a difference in my life. I will remember that "Twinkle in her eye," and how she was always surrounded by people who loved her. One of the best memories I have is walking into the dining room and seeing Nanette and Jan playing bingo. I could tell they were having great fun together!

Becky, John and family, we are so sorry to read of Nanette's passing. Mom and she had been friends for almost 80 years and she has many wonderful memories to cherish. I will miss the "taste luncheons" at her house - no one ever left hungry! Please know that you all are in our thoughts and prayers. ~Polly Netherton Kiser Ann & Ron Fagan
