Deborah Sharp contributed this message on Wednesday, November 11, 2009:

I wish to express my condolences to the family of Pauline Johnson and her caregiver Faye Davis. Pauline was a precious lady with a sweet spirit.I counted it a priviledge to come and stay with her a few hours every week. Let me assure you that in her passing the presence of the Lord was also sweet, gracious, and very present. God's promises are true. For to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. Pauline was always open to receive God's lovingkindness. I know that His faithfulness to her is forever more. It's my prayer that those who love her so much would find peace and comfort from the One who can provide it. Jesus Our Lord. With Love and Prayers, Deborah

Anita F Jacobs contributed this message on Tuesday, November 10, 2009:

She was a wonderful person, almost like a second mother. I remember sitting in the old house next door watching her make socks. It was the most amazing thing, especially since I was not even in school then. I remember Linda's birthday party, When they put the bathroom in. Bill always going fishing. What a pair they were together! Thanks for the memories! My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. Anita Fisher Jacobs
